People-Leader Coaching (PLC) is an accelerated and affordable leadership coaching program. Each topic emphasizes top leadership skills needed to succeed in today’s workforce, when leading people and working in teams. We offer three cohort levels comprised of practical and actionable steps that can immediately be applied in your role. Enroll in one PLC cohort or work your way through each level based your leadership journey and needs.

Who is it for?

  • New and evolving team leads, supervisors, or managers with a desire to quickly expand specific leadership skills and abilities.
  • Individuals with little to no formal leadership coaching or training.
  • Individuals who learn better by real-world application vs theory.
  • Current or rising leaders wanting to make a positive impact on team performance and culture.

Logistics

  • Each cohort level is 5-weeks, 1 day per week, and 1.5 hours per session.
  • Participants attend each live session virtually. 
  • Participates complete 5 days and 7.5 hours of total coaching.
  • Receive a certificate of completion and verifiable digital badge to share on LinkedIn and other platforms.

Strength Training | Collaboration

  • Leverage your leadership strengths by taking a deep dive into four common work modes. Understand your personal working style and that of your colleagues and team members.
  • Learn to personalize your approach based on those you work with to achieve shared goals.
  • The 4 Work Mode Assessment® is included.
  • Cultivate collaboration that increases team synergy and engagement.
  • Level 1 is 5-weeks, 1 day per week, and 1.5 hours per session.

Coaching Conversations | Inclusive Culture

  • Facilitate impactful coaching conversations that help build trust, change actions, and behaviors resulting in improved individual and team performance. 
  • Foster an inclusive team culture of psychological safety and empowerment.
  • Level 2 is 5-weeks, 1 day per week, and 1.5 hours per session.

Level 3 (Coming Soon)

Strategic Goals | Action Planning

  • Learn to align your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to company goals. Determine how your team contributes to organizational goals, and create a clear vision to obtain team buy-in.   
  •  Create a strategic plan for your team that includes activities, timelines, and milestone checks to increase ownership, accountability, and outcomes.
  • Level 3 is 5-weeks, 1 day per week, and 1.5 hours per session.
